Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with their insurance needs
- Generate and follow up with prospective customers
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Meet individual and agency sales goals
- Maintain compliance with office and licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to obtain the required state insurance licenses
